INITIAL PSYCHIATRIC CONSULTATION
60 Minutes

This service involves a comprehensive in-depth, structured assessment of your full history. During this session, we will spend time getting to know you better and learn about what brings you into treatment, present symptoms, concerns, and treatment goals. We will discuss your medical and mental health history, family history, and anything else you feel is important to include. This visit is essential in formulating a diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
FOLLOW UP
30 Minutes

These are follow-up appointments. During your follow-up appointment, we review your progress towards your goals and monitor how your medication is working. Using an integrative, person-centered approach, we will work together to develop a treatment plan. Treatment recommendations will be individualized based on symptoms, mitigating factors, and client preference. If indicated, adjustments may be made to your treatment plan to help you reach your treatment goals.
