Please Note: We do NOT participate in Medicare or Medicaid plans. 

 

Out-of-Network Plans: 
For patients who wish to use their out-of-nework benefits, we can provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Clients are advised to contact their health insurance carrier to determine out of network coverage.

Fees for Out-of-Network/Self-Pay:

Initial Evaluations (60 minutes)- $250 
Follow Ups (30 minutes)- $115 

Brief Medication Management Follow Up (15 minutes)- $75

 

For out-of-network and private pay clients, we accept cash, debit cards, major credit cards, flex spending plans and health savings plans. Prescriptions for medications are still directly covered as usual as per each individual's health insurance policy for both out-of-network and private pay.
